The Beer and Wine Cluster is taking a turn for the worst, or BEST depending on how much you like Vodka! That’s right, on February 2nd, the Beer and Wine Cluster will be hitting the sauce at Valentine Distilling Co. in Ferndale. Inspired by the bootleggers of the roaring 20’s, Valentine crafts delicious, award-winning vodka like no other using locally grown wheat, barley and corn. The distillers at Valentine consider themselves true artisans, using custom hand-distilling techniques and recipe blends. And on Thursday, February 2nd we will get a behind-the-scenes tour of their fantastic operation! Food will be provided by Como’s Restaurant.
